Collection of access data and log files:
We or our hosting provider capture data regarding access to our server, on which this service is found (so-called server log files), in our warranted interest according to Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the EU GDPR. These access data includes the name of the website accessed; file, date and time of the access; amount of data transmitted; report of successful access; type of browser, including the version; the user’s operating system; referring URL; IP address; and provider enquired. Log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days due to security reasons (e.g. the clarification of misuse or fraudulent activities) and deleted after this time. Data which is required to be stored for proof of purpose is exempted from deletion until final clarification of the respective incident.

As a user, you have the right to receive information free of charge about your personal data stored. You also have the right to rectify inaccurate data and to limit its use for processing or and to have your personal data deleted. If applicable, you can assert your right to data mobility. Should you assume that your data is being processed unlawfully, you can make a complaint to the responsible supervisory authority.
Deletion of data:
Insofar as your wish does not collide with a legal obligation to storage of data (e.g. data retention), you have the right for your data to be deleted. The data stored by us is deleted, granted they are no longer necessary for their purpose and there are no legal storage periods. Should a deletion not be able to take place, as the data are necessary for permissible legal reasons, a limitation of the data processing results. In this case, the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Users of this website can make use of their right of objection and cancel the processing of their personal data at any time.
